We tried out Convict Conditioning at the cabin, and I actually did wall headstands for the first time. Progression standard is 2 minutes and I did it on my first try. I actually thought the hardest part was getting “up”, not holding the position. Next step is crow stand, which is what I’m trying to do in the picture. Progression standard is 1 minute, I could only do 30 sec. Oh well, practice makes perfect I guess.
